The Fenin Innovation Day, held in Zaragoza, brought together key stakeholders from the Health Technology ecosystem with the aim of fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the creation of synergies among corporations, startups, hospitals, and public institutions. The event focused on addressing the real challenges faced by the healthcare system and promoting the joint development of innovative solutions capable of improving clinical practice, optimizing management, and enhancing system efficiency.
Throughout the day, more than twenty organizations presented concrete sector challenges, enabling the identification of shared needs and opportunities for the co‑creation of high‑impact health technology solutions. The event also featured the institutional participation of the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII) and the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology and Innovation (CDTI), who presented funding instruments and support mechanisms for technological development, alongside public funding lines, corporate ventures and venture capital initiatives.
The program included dedicated networking sessions designed to facilitate strategic connections among participants and encourage the emergence of new collaborations. This space for exchange enabled progress in bilateral discussions, such as the potential collaboration between TedCas Medical Systems and the Hospital 12 de Octubre in Madrid, a direct outcome of the event.
