The Federación Española de Empresas de Tecnología Sanitaria, Fenin, has obtained the ‘Madrid Excelente’ seal, a distinction awarded by the Community of Madrid that recognizes the Federation’s commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and its contribution to the economic and social development of the region. Pablo Crespo, Secretary General of Fenin, received this recognition on behalf of the Federation from Elena Mantilla, Director General of Madrid Excelente, during a meeting held today at Fenin’s headquarters.
The granting of this seal is the result of a rigorous external evaluation process, which highlights fundamental aspects of Fenin’s management, such as customer orientation, operational efficiency, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and adaptation to technological changes. “This recognition represents an endorsement of our management model and encourages us to continue working with responsibility and commitment, contributing to the strengthening of the Healthcare Technology sector and the improvement of people’s health and quality of life,” Pablo Crespo stated.
For her part, Elena Mantilla noted that “the importance of Fenin in Madrid is fundamental, as it assists healthcare institutions in making the most innovative healthcare technology available to their patients and professionals with maximum efficiency.”
It is worth noting that, in its commitment to responsible and transparent management also recognized by Madrid Excelente, Fenin is certified with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system; the ISO 37001:2016 anti-bribery management system; and the UNE 19601:2017 criminal compliance management system. Furthermore, it is currently in the process of certification for the UNE 19603:2023 compliance management system regarding free competition.
