This flagship event, jointly organized by Farmaindustria, Fenin, Veterindustria, Nanomed and AseBio, aimed to strengthen dialogue and collaboration among the key players of Spain’s biomedical research ecosystem. The session focused on analyzing the sector’s challenges and opportunities, emphasizing strategies to enhance national competitiveness and reinforce public‑private cooperation. These elements were identified as essential to accelerate the transfer of new biomedical solutions to the market, generating tangible impact on population health and elevating the international positioning of the Spanish innovation system.
The program centered on the strategic role of innovation, technology, and digitalization as drivers of competitiveness, aligned with the Pharmaceutical Industry Strategy 2024–2028. One of the most notable moments was the roundtable “How to accelerate biomedical innovations made in Spain”, moderated by AseBio’s General Director.
